We only use top shelf and organic ingredients in all of our products. Most of the plants used are grown personally, by us, with no pesticides or fertilizers involved. Anything we can’t grow, we source from known, organic nurseries.

Our heartleaf nettle (urtica chamaedryoides) tincture is an incredible anti-inflammatory that works by inhibiting certain enzymes and pathways that cause inflammation. It’s full of vitamins A, several Bs, C and K, and also calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iron. It only comes around in the spring time so once we run out, we are out until March.

I use it for joint pain in my hands, knees, and ankles. After taking it for a while I noticed that when I took it before bed, it helped me to sleep through the night. If I take 3 doses, then it helps me to fall asleep. I can feel it start working on my joint pain in about 15 minutes and lasts for about 4 hours, about the same as an OTC pain reliever.

The best way to to take this is to take one dropper full and hold it under your tongue, or swish it around in your mouth for about 30 seconds.

You can also put two - four droppers in a cup of tea, or any beverage, to help it go down.
